Wet Sheets

Reedsy was a community that I found right outta the gate when I ventured into short story writing. It was there that I found some of the greatest people that I now beta read with often ::cough, commiserate loudly about how writing is::

Write what you know is one of the best bits of advice I’ve received to date. No sense in fighting things you’ve experienced or things that you’ve become an expert in. Wet Sheets, came in response to the prompt “Write about the longest day of the year, or a day that never seems to end…” Another 2nd POV, but I cannot say I didn’t warn you of my love for it.
